Greetings, Beloved, and welcome to The Felecia Killings Foundation, a Conscious Conservative think tank and leadership organization that teaches rising leaders how to activate their thought leadership in the social, political, and economic spheres.

I am Coach Felecia Killings, Founder and CEO of this national work. Through our company of empowering leaders, we are bringing revival and reformation to the communities we serve.

The Felecia Killings Foundation was founded in 2018 as a Conscious Conservative leadership organization and think tank that delivers spiritual and practical training to our members.

Our vision is to be the premiere training center for leaders with a national vision using the principles of Conscious Conservative Leadership.

​The essence of Conscious Conservatism is to demonstrate how moral conservatism empowers us to create social, political, and economic empires based on Kingdom principles. As leaders, our 'consciousness' stems from our awareness of spiritual laws that, when applied correctly, guarantee our success. We conserve these truths and implement these values to solve problems in our communities. And as a result of doing things this better way, we can expect better results that last for generations to come."

Our mission is:

• To train and equip 10,000 Conscious Conservative Leaders inside The CCM Leadership Ministry and Academy each year who will become the nation's newest leading experts in the social, political, and economic spheres;

• And to reach 150,000,000 Evangelicals, Conservatives, and Black Voters through Coach Felecia Killings Omnimedia with the empowering message of Conscious Conservatism, Conscious Conservative Leadership, and the conservative political alliance.

We accomplish this mission by:

• Delivering FREE weekly leadership lessons during our podcast show, Revival Begins In You, every Saturday at 3:30 pm EST through Coach Felecia Killings Omnimedia;

• Publishing FREE weekly leadership newsletters every Sunday morning at 10:30 am EST through Coach Felecia Killings Omnimedia;

• Providing PREMIUM monthly online group training to rising leaders inside The CCM Leadership Ministry and Academy;

• And providing PREMIUM annual group training to nonprofit founders, ministry leaders, conservative political leaders, life coaches, and authors during our 3-day CCM Leadership Convention in Atlanta, GA every October.

In 2019, The Conscious Conservative Movement was founded to demonstrate how these spiritual laws and practical principles could be applied in the social, political, and economic spheres to produce God-like wonders.

Since that time, we've drawn men and women from across the nation who are ready to manifest their calling and empower their communities based on their God-given purpose.

​And we invite you to be a part of this great Kingdom work.

In 2022, The Conscious Conservative Movement proved influential in securing local and statewide conservative political victories in Georgia.

​Using effective communication and political outreach strategies from our Conscious Conservative Political Training materials, we delivered insight to Black voters and Conservatives to help them create a conservative alliance.

From 2024 until 2028, we will continue our political work by establishing infrastructure within this Evangelical space to help Black voters secure tangibles that will protect what they build.

In 2023, The CCM Leadership Ministry and Convention were formed to provide ongoing group support to our leaders.

Each month, we host online masterclasses inside our leadership network; and every year, we host our annual leadership convention in Atlanta, GA to teach new leaders how to launch movements, publish books, build platforms, and form nonprofit organizations based on their God-given vision.

Since its inception, our movement, ministry, and message have reached the heights of Washington D.C. and other major parts of our country.

I have been featured on mainstream and independent media outlets to spread the message of Conscious Conservatism and building alliances with conservative citizens.

In 2024, The Foundation launched Coach Felecia Killings Omnimedia as our official media network.

Through our podcast shows, newsletters, articles, books, and virtual Bible studies, we are empowering a new breed of rising leaders, ready to do things God's way so we get His results.

As we continue doing the work of ministry and affecting change at the national level, we remember our core motto.

Everyone has a part or share in this great Kingdom work.

When we learn to do things God's way, we always get His results.
