My name is Coach Felecia Killings, Founder and CEO of this great work; and over the last 20+ years, I’ve equipped leaders nationwide to help them manifest their vision in the social, political, or economic spheres. My empowering message of Conscious Conservatism has pierced through the heights within conservative politics and other areas, proving when we do things God’s way, we ALWAYS get His results.
Through my Foundation’s leadership training and development services, I’ve taught each leader how to clarify their God-given ideas, how to package their God-focused message in book format, and how to create an online leadership platform that scales their business, nonprofit organization, ministry, or political work.
Today, through The Felecia Killings Foundation, we have put together an empowering leadership experience that includes online and in-person training to help you and your organization fulfill your God-given purpose.
The Felecia Killings Foundation was founded in 2018 as a Conscious Conservative leadership organization and think tank that delivers spiritual and practical training to our members.
Our vision is to be the premiere training center for leaders with a national vision.

To train and equip 10,000 Conscious Conservative Leaders inside The CCM Leadership Ministry and Academy each year who will become the nation's newest leading experts in the social, political, and economic spheres;
And to reach 150,000,000 Evangelicals, Conservatives, and Black Voters through Coach Felecia Killings Omnimedia with the empowering message of Conscious Conservatism, Conscious Conservative Leadership, and the conservative political alliance.

Publishing FREE weekly leadership newsletters every Sunday morning at 10:30 am EST through Coach Felecia Killings Omnimedia;

The Felecia Killings Foundation is excited to announce our newest fundraising campaign to launch our official CCM Leadership Studios in Atlanta, GA.
Our studios will enable us to premier LIVE episodes and video broadcasts every week that include guest speakers from across the nation who will empower rising leaders like you.
In addition, our studios will host our annual CCM Leadership Convention, our CCM women’s ministry and single mothers program, and our future team of CCM content creators (bloggers and podcasters) who will deliver empowering materials to viewers and listeners like you.
Lastly, the CCM Leadership Studios will be our headquarters for national Black Outreach. During each election cycle, our election volunteers and workers will perform effective Black Outreach in cities like Atlanta to set up conservative infrastructure so they have political choices. In addition, our studios will host our annual CCM Great Debate where Black political thought leaders battle their ideas in front of Black audiences to prove which political ideology works best for our communities over the next 100 years.
