The Conscious Conservative Pro-life Initiative is a branch of The Felecia Killings Foundation’s national Black Outreach work, which seeks to build an alliance between Black voters and Evangelicals in pursuit of pure racial reconciliation and expansion of the conservative voting bloc.
Founded in 2025 by Coach Felecia Killings, we desire to see more empowering pro-life choices available to Black communities nationwide and to witness a reduction in Black abortions using a Conscious Conservative theoretical and practical approach.

The Conscious Conservative Pro-Life Approach: A Spiritual, Theoretical, and Practical Framework That Offers Black Families More Pro-Life Choices and Builds an Alliance with Evangelical Churches
In 2019, as my rise within the conservative political space expanded, I coined the phrases, “Conscious Conservatism” and “The Conscious Conservative Movement,” to highlight a shift in the way we engage with people politically.
In my book, Conscious Conservatism: Building Social, Political, and Economic Empires Based on Kingdom Principles, I provided a simple definition to illustrate what this work entailed:
The essence of Conscious Conservatism is to demonstrate how moral conservatism empowers us to create social, political, and economic empires based on Kingdom principles. As leaders, our 'consciousness' stems from our awareness of spiritual laws that, when applied correctly, guarantee our success. We conserve these truths and implement these values to solve problems in our communities. And as a result of doing things this better way, we can expect better results that last for generations to come.
Today, the Conscious Conservative Movement and message have reached millions of people in the Evangelical space and among Black voters. I’ve been featured on numerous conservative outlets, including FOX News, to spread this message; and these open doors have proven clearly, when leadership learns to do things God’s way, we will always get His results in everything we do.
Now that we are in our expansion phase, The Felecia Killings Foundation has developed an infrastructure within this sphere that solves problems within our Black communities and Evangelical churches, especially as it relates to pure racial reconciliation given our hostile political environment.
Our infrastructure is called The Conscious Conservative Pro-Life Initiative (The CCPLI). And over the next 50+ years, we will implement this empowering solution so we witness generational shifts.
The CCPLI is a spiritual and practical training program that equips Evangelical leadership with tools for effective pro-life outreach and supports Black families with more empowering pro-life choices.
Our vision, in congruence with The Felecia Killings Foundation, is to be the premier training center that helps Evangelical, conservative leadership develop effective pro-life messaging that will attract more Black families to our social, political, and economic spheres. In addition, the Conscious Conservative Pro-Life Initiative is a branch of our national political Black Outreach work, which seeks to build an alliance between Black voters and Evangelicals in pursuit of pure racial reconciliation and expansion of the conservative voting bloc.
We are able to fulfill this vision based on our Conscious Conservative Pro-Life Approach, which embodies a spiritual, theoretical, and practical framework for success.
The Conscious Conservative Pro-Life Approach: A Spiritual Framework
Everything we see in the natural or manifested world is a direct reflection of what we witness in the spiritual or mental world.
Proverbs 23:7 highlights this lesson: “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”
The Ancient Texts also illustrate an important fact regarding the pure Kingdom of God and where it resides. Jesus expressively stated,
20 Now having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He replied, ‘The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed or with a visible display; 21 nor will people say, ‘Look! Here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For the kingdom of God is among you [because of My presence]. — Luke 17: 20-21 (AMP)
To solve any problem in society, leadership must learn to adapt a spiritual approach to their teachings and implement a framework based on this spiritual understanding.
Within The Felecia Killings Foundation, we do just that. When we look at society — whether dealing with social, political, or economic issues — we recognize that every action is the result of how people think.
Destruction is the byproduct of a destructive mindset.
An immoral society is the result of a collection of immoral minds.
A healthy nation is the collective work of healthy minds.
Another way stated: What the people think, their communities become.
And if effective leadership can get the people to think on higher planes — on spiritual matters that mirror the Kingdom of God — then the people will manifest those principles in their social, political, or economic spheres.
Therefore, the foundation of our Conscious Conservative Pro-Life Initiative is to empower a new breed of leadership that will begin their training by understanding these spiritual laws and principles.
Within The Felecia Killings Foundation and our Conscious Conservative Movement, we have adopted 10 spiritual laws that govern our research, data analyses, and solutions.
The Law of Love | The first spiritual law that governs our human behavior and interaction
The Law of Mercy and Grace | The spiritual law that causes us to empathize with those whom God brings our way
The Law of Reconciliation | The spiritual law that enables us to see others through the eyes of the Spirit
The Law of Truth and Justice | The spiritual law that compels us to judge righteously
The Law of Faith | The spiritual law that serves as the currency of Heaven
The Law of Attraction | The spiritual law that enables us to draw unto us that which we see by faith
The Law of Action | The spiritual law that causes the supernatural to manifest in the natural
The Law of Thanksgiving | The spiritual law that opens more doors of opportunity
The Law of Forgiveness | The spiritual law that allows us to release those who offend us while keeping us in God's grace
The Law of Sowing and Reaping | The spiritual law that compels us to treat others as we want to be treated
From here, we take a theoretical approach to our outreach initiative, which helps frame our practical solutions for empowering Black families, builds an alliance with Evangelical churches, and expands the conservative political tent for national conservative victories.
The Conscious Conservative Pro-Life Approach: A Theoretical Framework
A theoretical framework is like a roadmap for research. It's the structure that supports and guides a research project, helping you understand where you're starting from, where you want to go, and how you're going to get there.
It's built on a collection of concepts and theories that are related to the topic you're studying. These concepts and theories are used to define your research questions, objectives, and methods. They also help you interpret your findings.
In other words, your theoretical framework is the lens through which you view your research. It shapes your perspective and influences how you make sense of your data.
Within The Felecia Killings Foundation, our theoretical framework is rooted in the principles of Conscious Conservatism.
We believe, when each individual is given the opportunity to learn and apply the principles given to us through the Ancient Texts (the Bible), those who have an ear to hear and a heart to receive will reap the blessings and rewards — IN THIS LIFE — as it relates to their social, political, and economic lives.
But our theoretical framework is not fanciful.
We also know not everyone will be receptive to these teachings and principles. Jesus warned us about this rejection in Matthew 13 as He taught His disciples The Parable of Sower.
That same day Jesus went out of the house and sat by the lake. 2 Such large crowds gathered around him that he got into a boat and sat in it, while all the people stood on the shore. 3 Then he told them many things in parables, saying: “A farmer went out to sow his seed. 4 As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. 5 Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. 6 But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. 7 Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. 8 Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. 9 Whoever has ears, let them hear.”
When the disciples heard this story, they questioned its meaning. To them, Jesus replied:
…[T]he knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. 12 Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. 13 This is why I speak to them in parables:
“Though seeing, they do not see;
though hearing, they do not hear or understand.14 In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah:
“‘You will be ever hearing but never understanding;
you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.
15 For this people’s heart has become calloused;
they hardly hear with their ears,
and they have closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts
and turn, and I would heal them.’[a]
Jesus concluded His teaching when He said to His followers:
18 Listen then to what the parable of the sower means: 19 When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path. 20 The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. 21 But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. 22 The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. 23 But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”
We know from this teaching, only a fraction of the people who hear this empowering message of Conscious Conservatism and our pro-life approach will receive the word, apply the teachings, and see dramatic results. More specifically, we can expect 1 out of every 4 Black families and 1 out of every 4 Evangelical leaders to fully embrace this message.
That’s fine, because we aren’t simply looking to solve these challenges for this generation. We are creating a framework and publications so future generations can read our teachings, read the success stories that come from applying the approach, and build upon this research’s success.
Simply stated: We are focused on legacy.

The Conscious Conservative Pro-Life Approach: A Practical Framework
The impact of Conscious Conservatism can only manifest when the principles are applied in the social, political, and economic spheres. That means, before we witness any change on a national level, leaders must do their part to teach the people how to implement Kingdom laws and spiritual principles in their individual lives.
Within The Felecia Killings Foundation, we apply a practical, holistic framework to our pro-life initiative. Not only do we want to see a reduction in abortions being performed on Black women, but we want Black families to be empowered as a whole.
Our practical framework includes:
Teaching Black men and women the essence of Conscious Conservatism and how they can apply the principles in their lives;
Teaching Black men and women the principles of Conscious Conservative Leadership and how to do things God’s way so we get His results;
Teaching Black men and women the ancient principles of arranging Black marriages using a Council of Elders within their communities;
Teaching Black men and women how to prepare themselves as husbands and wives, complete with mental, spiritual, and practical life coaching sessions;
Teaching Black men and women spiritual and practical principles of healthy marriages that forge stronger families;
Teaching Black parents how to develop a successful educational pathway for their children using school choice options like homeschooling;
Teaching Black parents how to create peaceful homes and how to build a network with other successful Black parents for ongoing communal support;
Teaching new Black married couples how to establish their nuclear family’s financial structure using a the non-profit business model;
And teaching Black families how to use conservative politics and the Evangelical political apparatus to protect what they build for their families.
By implementing this practical framework into our Conscious Conservative Pro-Life Initiative, we are helping Black families create individual nuclear family infrastructures so life can flourish within their homes. In such cases, abortion or Death Marketing is never a topic of discussion because life, wealth, health, and prosperity flood the atmosphere.
Our practical framework also considers the need to empower Evangelical leadership with tools for success and pure racial reconciliation. Our approach includes:
Teaching Evangelical leadership the principles of Conscious Conservatism and how to apply it in their individual lives;
Teaching Evangelical leadership the principles of Conscious Conservative Leadership and how to do things God’s way so we get His results;
Building partnerships with local pro-life centers in Georgia and nationwide;
Bringing more political and social brand awareness to the virtual space to help promote local pro-life centers;
Providing FREE family, career, and business coaching resources and services to pro-life center clients;
Empowering life center team members with spiritual and practical resources for effective leadership;
And equipping life center team members with effective communication strategies to evangelize an empowering pro-life message in Black communities.
Our practical framework will work; and as we share more testimonies about our outreach and ministry through our books, podcasts, and articles, we will see our communities prospering and an expansion of the Evangelical tent based on pure Kingdom principles.

At The Felecia Killings Foundation, we aim to build upon the growing research, analyses, and solutions by implementing our Conscious Conservative Pro-life Initiative, one that encompasses a spiritual, mental, and practical approach to empowering women and families. Within the Evangelical space, leadership has a strong desire to implement a pure racial reconciliation practice that increases the number of conservative Black Americans into the fold, essentially creating a new Black Evangelical Electorate that can effectively spread conservatism in predominantly Black communities while expanding the conservative political tent.
Therefore, our aim within the Conscious Conservative Pro-life Initiative is to teach Evangelical leadership how to focus on the mental and spiritual health of pregnant women while helping Black families create a practical economic pathway towards success. This pathway includes accessing career and business services, life coaching sessions, and homeschooling support so Black Americans can strengthen their local social empires.
As with our predecessors, we believe Black Americans require a holistic approach to the abortion issue. We go beyond simply saving the unborn child. We offer help, strength, and support for pregnant women, more specifically providing them with life coaching services that also encompass mindset shifts and leadership development training. And we include services that help build stronger Black families by emphasizing a need to implement the ancient principle of arranging successful Black marriages.
